Meatloaf Cake

mashed potatoes
catsup, optional

Make your favorite meatloaf recipe and bake in 2 round cake pans. Frost with mashed potatoes that are the consistency of frosting. I usually write “Happy April Fool’s Day” on the cake with catsup.
