The origin of this holiday is unknown. You can still celebrate it by taking a look outside and recording the weather at different times of the day: morning, afternoon, and night. Record the temperature, the feeling (calm, electric, etc.), visuals (wind, rain, etc.), smell, and sounds. Chart it!
