2 small cinnamon sticks
6 whole cloves
4 sugar cubes
1 long pieces of orange peel
1 long pieces of lemon peel
1/2 cup brandy
2 cups double-strength hot coffee
In a blazer bowl of a chafing dish combine cinnamon, cloves, sugar cubes, orange peel, and lemon peel.
In a small sauce pan, heat brandy until nearly boiling.
Remove form heat and ignite.
Pour into blazing dish.
Place blazer over chafing dish burner.
Spoon brandy over sugar until it melts.
Stir in coffee.
