2 cups mashed potatoes, warm
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup all-purpose four
Add flour to mashed potatoes and kneed gently.
Season with salt
Divide into two portions.
Roll out each half on a floured board to form a circle 8″ in diameter.
Cut into farls (quarters).
Heat a saucepan with a little butter (or bacon fat).
Cook farls about 3 minutes on each side.
