1 large bag Oreo cookies (1-1/4 pounds bag)
8 ounces cream cheese
1 stick margarine (1/2 cup)
1 cup powdered sugar
2 large packages instant vanilla pudding
3 cups cold milk
12 ounces Cool Whip (sweetened whipped cream)
clean, unused flowerpot
foil or plastic wrap
chocolate rose, silk flowers…
Make your dirt: Chop cookies in food processor until it looks like potting soil.
Make your filling: Beat cream cheese, magazine, and powdered sugar. Separately blend together instant vanilla pudding with 3 cups cold milk.
Add cream cheese mixture.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Assembly: Line the inside of the flowerpot with foil or plastic wrap.
Starting with the crushed Oreo cookies put a layer in the pot then a layer of pudding mixture continue this layering ending with cookies on top (there’ll be several layers of each).
Now decorate with a purchased chocolate rose or silk flower. A poinsettia for Christmas is especially pretty.
