TartachocolateJanuary 27th is National Chocolate Cake Day.

Chocolate cake is flavored with cocoa powder or melted chocolate. Interestingly enough, until 1890-1900, chocolate recipes were mostly for drinks. Chocolate made its way into cakes in the mid-1930s.
