1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
4 cups hot milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup light molasses
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tablespoon melted butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup cold milk

In top of double boiler, slowly stir cornmeal into hot milk.
Cook over boiling water, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 300F.
Lightly grease 2-quart baking dish.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except cold milk.
Stir into the cornmeal mixture.
Pour into baking dish.
Pour cold milk on top, do not stir.
Bake, uncovered, 2 hours, or just until set but quivery on top.
Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
