white cake mix (and whatever the box call for)
2 cups cold milk
1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
1 cup whipping cream

to decorate
sweetened whipped whipping cream
sprinkles, etc.

Make cake according to package directions, cool.
Make the frosting: beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes.
Beat whipping cream to stiff peaks.
Fold pudding mix into whipped cream.
Chill.
Cut cake into 2 or 3 inch circles or squares. (Don’t worry about the scrapes I’m sure they won’t be around long.)
Assembly: Take one cake and spread middle with frosting, top with second cake and frost completely.
Do the same for the remaining cake.
Decorate as desired.
