1 sheet craft foam, on per hat assorted large feathers crafting jewels wide ribbon you’ll also need hot glue gun scissors Roll foam into a cone shape. Make sure the base fits around a head. Glue  close and trim if needed. Decorate with feathers, jewels and ribbon.
