Variety at the buffet table is welcomed by all guests. Include both hot and cold dishes and food with different flavors and textures. People love appetizers, but it is good to have a few substantial dishes as well. If you have a lot of guests, but don’t want to have a huge decorated cake have a sheet cake in the kitchen. Include at least one vegetation dish and label dishes with seafood and nuts, two big allergens.
