Shamrock Sprouts

This is a great project for kids.

white terry cloth (or old dish towel)
scissors
aluminum pie pan
alfalfa seeds
water

Cut the terry cloth into shamrock that will fit into the pie pan.
Lay shamrock in pie pan.
Add a little water.
Sprinkle seeds all over the shamrock.
Place shamrock in pie pan in a sunny spot; add water as necessary.
