2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups frozen peas
Melt margarine over medium heat.
Whisk in flour until smooth and lump free.
Gradually whisk in the milk.
Add sugar, salt, and pepper.
Cook and stir the sauce until it begins to boil, boil so 60 seconds.
Add the frozen peas, cover and simmer 3 to 5 minutes over medium heat.
